What is Coaching Supervision?

Coaching supervision is a systematic, formal process for the ongoing development of an executive coach. It addresses the professional, personal, relational and contextual issues that can arise from coaching practice.

Coaching Supervision is a series of structured conversations that occur either in one-to-one sessions or in a small group setting led by a qualified senior executive coach.

These conversations provide a time and space to reflect on one’s work and to gain constructive feedback. The purpose of that reflection is to share success, to make greater sense of difficult and complex work situations and to gain more clarity going forward.

“You’ve been an inspiration and a wonderful supervisor. I am eternally grateful for all the help you’ve provided.”
