Become the best coach you can be

Are you developing your emerging coaching practice? Are you keen to learn more about yourself as a coach and gain a greater understanding of the issues your coachees are facing?

As an emerging coach, you need targeted professional development to keep in touch with the latest thinking in coaching practice and support in developing your new coaching practice.

You want to understand the changing workplace that your clients face. You want to maintain the emotional safety and wellbeing of both you and your coachees – and you want to ensure that you work in an ethical way. How can you find the time to do all of this?

Effective supervision

Join a small coaching supervision group

Specifically targeted for emerging coaches

Coaching supervision provides a safe, non-judgemental and confidential place to talk about issues that can be worrying. It’s a place to learn and develop with other coaches. Supervision sessions provide a time to reflect on one’s work and gain constructive feedback. The purpose of that reflection is to share success, make greater sense of difficult and complex work situations and gain more clarity moving forward.

Each group has a maximum of 6 members, so everyone has time to discuss the issues that concern them. The group meets virtually for 10 x 2 hour sessions per year.
